This was truly an event that highlighted the strength of our Volunteer Services department and the capacity of the people we support to give back to community in a powerful way.

Community Living Peterborough believes that volunteers are vital and essential in bringing people and their communities together.

Community Living Peterborough believes that the community can develop its capacity to welcome and support all citizens to partake in the community in a productive and meaningful way. Volunteers are an important link.

As A Volunteer You Can

  • Spend time with a person and connect them to their community
  • Share a skill, talent with a person or small group
  • Make it possible for someone to experience new things
  • Share your time and interests with someone ie. walking, biking, swimming, theatre, crafts, sports events
  • Meet new people and form friendships
