Community Living Peterborough is proud to be a community partner with Canadian Tire Jump Start, increasing opportunities for all kids to participate in sport and recreation, and get active and healthy. As a community partner we have had a number of children able to participate in local sports and recreational activities due to the financial assistance provided through Jump Start.

Canadian Tire Jumpstart is a national charitable program that helps financially disadvantaged kids participate in organized sport and recreation. They help cover registration, equipment and/or transportation costs.

Vision: Canadian Tire Jumpstart is dedicated to removing barriers, so children can participate in organized sport and recreation.

We see it as equipping kids for life, because participation in organized sport and recreation increases a child's chance for success in life.
