Providing supports and services to children, youth, adults and their families, adhering to the Personal Outcomes Measures of the Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL)
Support to Families:
· Assists families to access information and resources (parenting tools, planning resources)· Connection to community programs and funding sources
· School and employment advocacy
· Respite coordination
· Future planning
· Family Networking
· Educational workshops for parents
· Support families to manage and retain support workers
Support to Children & Youth:
· Connections to community to establish social roles and relationships· Linkage to meaningful experiences for children and youth within their community
· Facilitation of supports & services
· Advocacy for children, youth and their families
· Acts as a resource to schools & community groups
· Facilitation of transitional planning
· Educational workshops for children and youth
· Community networking and development
· Supports and networking for siblings
· Assisting families in understanding support systems and protocols within the Developmental Sector

Ontario Coalition for Inclusive Education - The Ontario Coalition for Inclusive Education is an alliance of 12 provincial organizations committed to making inclusive education a reality in Ontario. Passport Mentoring - The Passport Mentoring initiative is an opportunity for students, who have an intellectual disability,to explore ideas for their future after leaving school.
