We are continuously accepting resumes for the position of Outcomes Facilitator (part-time; up to 24 hours/week) 

Qualifications:

• A diploma and/or degree in Human Services or currently enrolled in a relevant post secondary education would be an asset. 
• Minimum of 6 months paid or volunteer experience in a human services environment would be an asset. 
• Knowledge of the Personal Outcome Measures is an asset. 
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License, maintenance of an acceptable driving record, proof of valid insurance and access to a vehicle. 
• Current, or the ability to obtain First Aid/ CPR.
• Current, or the ability to obtain Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI).
• Proficient with computers (Microsoft office, e-mail, internet)
