Membership is Key at Community Living Peterborough

As a supporter you will play a key role in helping our Agency provide quality supports and services for people in our community.

For over 50 years, together with your help, we have built an Agency committed to building inclusive communities. This has been achieved only through the continued commitment and hard work of a dedicated group of staff members, volunteers and board members working in conjunction with families and caregivers to ensure that each person has an opportunity to participate equally as a citizen in their community.

 

Membership Packages & Benefits: 

 

ASSOCIATE MEMBER: 

Free to self-advocates, and their families, host & associate care families, and staff

  • Subscription to Opening Doors, quarterly newsletter 
  • One ticket to our Annual General Meeting (per member)
  • Invitation to seasonal social events

    GENERAL MEMBER: 

    $30 per person or $50 for family (up to 5 people, 2 voting cards) $2 per voting card for self advocates and youth (18-23)

  • Subscription to Opening Doors, quarterly newsletter
  • One ticket to our Annual General Meeting (per member)
  • Invitation to seasonal social events (2-3 per year)
  • One voting card at our Annual General Meeting
  • Name tag for all events
  • Invitation to local and provincial workshops and seminars (full or reduced registration fees may apply)
  • Subscription to Community Living Ontario's Living Leaders newsletter
  • Recognition in Opening Doors newsletter twice per year
